I’ve used startrek.com a few times now, and I don’t remember much about the process, which is probably a good sign. What I do remember is that the payment went through smoothly every time, no strange errors, no double charges, and the receipt showed up quickly. Simple and stress-free.

So... I ordered a Star Trek hoodie and a mug from startrek.com, and overall I’m happy with both. The hoodie is comfy, and the design still looks good after a few washes, which is always a relief. The mug showed up packed really well and feels sturdy too. My only gripe is that the price felt a little high for what I got, but the quality seems solid, so I’m not too mad about it

It wasn’t like one of those sites where you wait forever, check spam, try again, refresh the page, question your life choices, that kind of thing. The only real issue was that the site felt a little slow on my phone, like when I was tapping around, loading pages, going back to the login screen, checking my account info, stuff like that. Not a huge problem though. Overall, it was easy enough, but the layout could be a little cleaner and less clunky to move through.

It definitely gives off official Star Trek vibes, and the merch feels legit overall. I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely perfect, but it’s fun, well done, and still really enjoyable for a fan.
